About FrancesCraft

I have been attracted to crafting since I was young. Mum has been an inspiration as she made the best Christmas decorations every year and had taught me to wrap presents from a very young age so I guess that's where the creativity came from.

Dad's played a significant part too encouraging me to try different things and always believing I can make beautiful things may it be from old newspapers to make papier mache or unusual recipes.

My Nan's been my champion all the way - she's my biggest fan but also always kept me real.
Creating had always been a passion for me. It gives me a buzz to transform things from raw materials or ingredients to something others can enjoy. Yummy food, jewellery, knitted items or papercraft, I'll give it a try to make someone smile :)

I'm an audit manager by day so these crafts gives me a chance to let my creativity go crazy and keep me sane. I mainly make things for family and friends (oooh specially the gang and the awesome people at QAT Corner). I take on projects or commissioned work once in a while, mostly to support my 'craft addiction' and to keep the creative juices flowing.
Sit back and enjoy going though the blog and I hope you find something you like...
