Floriade Picnic & Evening BBQ

Ahh spring, the time for picnics…we’re going to the Floriade today so I baked some oatmeal biscuits to take along and enjoy under the sun.

We’re also going to a dinner barbecue straight after so I made a 9-Grain Choc Chip Bread and Butter Pudding. There were doubts at first about how making it healthy (using grain bread rather than white) will affect the pudding…but it worked!
