Bear Hats

Made bear hats for the new Guildren. These were meant to be owl hats (the cool ones in a blog I found) but I got lazy and ended up with these. They were a hit and even had requests to make more!

My Baby Shower

Yay! My baby shower went off without a hitch! Had so much fun with the games and so grateful for all the lovely presents!

We had a selection of sweet & savouries; the nappy cake went nicely with the colour scheme too. And everyone went home with a little Kahlua choc biccy treat.

Little Wooly From Nana Part1

My MIL sent us some woollen material to make into a baby blanket. I couldn't find suitable satin bias so I made my own in a nice chocolate brown (we don't know if bub's a girl or a boy yet). This is stage one of blankie construction - I'm thinking of adding some applique or embroidery later on as well.

Knitted Dress

I saw this pattern on the Spotlight website and thought I'd give it a go as it looked easy enough.
It's my very first knitted baby item! It took a while but it got there in the end.
So proud of the accomplishment!

Little Reversible Shoes

The birth of my nephew Miguel inspired me to make these teensy tiny reversible shoes.
(the top pink ones reverse into eachother and the bottom blue ones do the same).
Once I started I couldn't seem to stop so have also made the ones below.
